What we collect, and why
- Contact form submissions
- Name, phone number, email address and your message, submitted via our contact form (hosted by a third-party enquiry form provider). Used solely to respond to your enquiry. Kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship.
- Website analytics
- If you accept the "Analytics & Marketing" cookie category, a third-party analytics tool collects pseudonymous usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type) to help us understand how the site is used. This only runs after consent, using the provider's built-in consent framework.
- Contact form cookies
- The embedded enquiry form sets its own cookies once loaded, which is why it only loads after you accept the "Analytics & Marketing" category.

- Enquiry form provider
- Processes contact form submissions and hosts the embedded booking/enquiry form. US-based.
- Website analytics provider
- Website usage analytics, only after consent. US-based.
- Website hosting provider
- Static website hosting, based in the United States.
- Email provider
- Handles email sent to our @sitecollab.co.uk address. US-based.
- Domain registrar
- UK-based domain registrar for sitecollab.co.uk.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@sitecollab.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
